Cristalla is a 23-story luxury condominium tower, with three levels of underground parking, retail on the first floor, an additional five floors of parking above that, all topped by 197 condominium units. The historic, terra cotta facade of the previous structure on this site, Crystal Pool, was incorporated into the new building. The building is concrete with a blue-glass curtain wall.
