The new Marion Oliver McCaw Hall features a 4-story curving glass façade at its entrance, a 12,000-sq.-ft. grand lobby and a new 2,890-seat auditorium. 16 side boxes and two additional rows were also added at each balcony level. Elevated seating sections along each side of the orchestra level sweep down to the stage from the First Balcony, placing many patrons on eye-level with the stage.
