Established in 1965, MacMiller has helped change the local landscape with thousands of successful projects that include high-and low-rise office buildings, mixed-use projects and condominiums, shopping centers, major hospitals and medical centers, bio-tech and lab facilities, warehouses, industrial buildings, and manufacturing plants.

Community Commitment

At MacMiller, we are pleased to be actively involved in making a difference in our community. We give to others by supporting multiple charities and foundations with both monetary contributions and hundreds of volunteer hours. Some of our largest commitments benefit thousands of people through United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Ryther Child Center and Northwest Harvest.

Healthy Buildings For Today and Tomorrow

Our commitment does not stop with helping others help themselves. MacMiller has a vision to design, build and retrofit facilities to be 100% sustainable. To that end, we are active participants in the Seattle Climate Partnership where we work with local business leaders to meet community-wide goals for reducing climate pollution. WIth many LEED accredited professionals on staff and an internal team that optimizes building performance, we are fully engaged in making our region cleaner and greener.
